With both land-based and shipboard American casinos a priority for expansion, Italian casino furniture manufacturer Abbiati will demonstrate its design-focused range at this year’s G2E Las Vegas.

With America representing a growing market for Abbiati, the Italian casino equipment provider will display its full range of gaming furniture and layouts at this year’s G2E Las Vegas.

The Rosta-based company, founded in 1976, will return to the exhibition to showcase the high quality design features that have established its reputation across North America, Latin America and the Caribbean.

“Our company continues to develop new lines and materials to anticipate market trends and make our manufacture more captivating,” said president and founder Giovanni Abbiati.

“G2E represents for us the perfect occasion to present the latest designs along with the versatility of our products.”

Taking centre stage on the Abbiati stand will be the firm’s Big Craps table, made of “Noce Canaletto” walnut with high gloss polyester and gold PVD finishing, compatible with the latest camera technology and minimum/maximum displays.

Alongside the table, Abbiati will also exhibit its high precision black Corian and erable maple American Roulette wheel. The GLI-25 certified wheel, which incorporates an upgraded patented invisible laser technology, can be connected to both online gaming terminals and winning number displays.

Using open protocol, the wheel is currently installed in multiple casinos connected to leading online gaming companies, offering compatibility with online gaming terminals and management systems.

The company’s Lucky Ball side bet will also be on display, played on a standard table with either a single or double zero roulette wheel, providing players with four different coloured bets to increase gameplay options.

The product range will mark Abbiati’s increased focus on the American market, not only in established casinos, but also further afield.
“We want to focus on America’s market especially land casinos and cruises, which are our main businesses,” said CEO Giorgio Abbiati. “We continue our collaborations with important brands of the business.”

“We continue to be chosen by Carnival Cruises and MSC to supply their elegant and prestigious casinos on their vessels. Our aim is to continue to grow in the cruise business by further partnerships with new companies.”

Establishing itself as a premium supplier for the cruise industry has included the development by Abbiati not only of high quality furniture, but also a full range of casino currency.

The firm’s patented line of “Tie” chips, featuring multiple injections, see-through inserts and rim and edge inserts, will be on display at this year’s G2E, beside the 13.56 MHz PJM RFID, 3-in-1 UV, Laser Tracer and Optical Variable Ink security features incorporated in all Abbiati currency.

The company’s plaques can also be highly customised to increase security, using filigree, hologram and stripe design elements. In addition, all plaques can be customised with diamonds and gold inserts according to specific client requests.

“We are looking forward to expanding our line “Abbiati by Americas”, which is dedicated to America’s market,” said business development manager for the Americas, Misty Rodda.

“It is composed of a wide range of tables and live gaming equipment offered with competitive prices without reducing the quality standard of Abbiati.”
