Apex Gaming presented its new jackpot island, along with new content, the latest version of its iDROP cash handling solution and a wide range of other innovations at ICE 2018.

Getting 2018 off on the right foot, Apex Gaming reported strong positive feedback for its latest releases at this year’s ICE.

The Pinnacle Premium Jackpot Island made its debut at last year’s show and marked the beginning of a new era for Apex in this field.

The company presented three different versions of its Jackpot Island at the show; the Pinnacle Premium 8 Jackpot Island and the Pinnacle Premium Curved 4 Jackpot Island, were joined by the Pinnacle Premium 4 Jackpot Island, featuring four Pinnacle Premium SL slots in a space-saving circular design.

All the company’s Jackpot Islands are available with the Dragon Egg game or Apex’s brand new title, Leonardo’s Code.

“We have created something very special here that has quickly established itself in casinos around the world”, noted Kubilay Özer, Apex’s global sales director.

“We are placing our focus very strongly on the Jackpot Island solutions and are proud that we truly make a difference here.”

This year’s ICE also saw the official debut of the latest addition to the iDROP family, the iDROPs, which takes the capabilities of the iDROP even further.

“We have taken the iDROP to the next level here”, added Özer.

“Operators were so pleased to have this option and can now combine the different iDROP products depending on the individual table game requirements.”

The iDROPs offers the ideal solution for live gaming tables where dealers are often faced with larger number of notes to handle.

Banknotes and tickets can be entered in a bundle of up to 250 at a time, with an acceptance rate of up to six notes per second.

A further table games highlight was the Shuffle King 6 which can automatically shuffle up to six different decks of cards.

The Apex Player Station (APS) was also demonstrated at the show, with an entire unit together with two electronic roulette wheels on display on the company’s stand.

The APS can be linked to up to four roulette wheels – both live and/or electronic – and can also run EVO content.

Apex’s wide range of Pinnacle slot machines was on display at ICE, including the VIP solution and a new 24” upright version with LED lighting.

The company also showcased its mobile gaming solution, Apex Mobile Slots, which allows operators to bring mobile gaming to their slots floor and players to enjoy Apex games from the comfort of their own homes.

“On behalf of the whole team at Apex I’d like to send out a very big thank you to everyone who came to see us,”  Özer continued.

“You all made this a very special show for us. We are very motivated to ensure that both our existing and new customers can make gaming for their customers an even greater experience by making full use of what we at Apex have to offer.”
