The Asia Gaming Awards, a new industry event rewarding excellence and innovation in the gaming industry, will make its debut during this year’s G2E Asia.
Produced by Asia Gaming Brief, the inaugural Asia Gaming Awards will take place at the Venetian Macao on May 17.
Companies will be judged in 10 categories, including best casino operator, best integrated resort, best casino design, best table games manufacturer, best industry supplier, best online operator, best online supplier, best mobile solution and outstanding contribution in the field of innovation.
In addition, there will also be a special recognition award for one up-and-coming industry leader under the age of 40.
David Green, chairman of Newpage Consulting and head of the Asia Gaming Awards judging panel, said: “These awards are the result of a rigorous process, intended to identify and recognise the very best players in the gaming industry in Asia. It is not a beauty contest; the criteria used in judging achievement are both comprehensive and objective.
