BEGE 2016 closes on a high with record participation

Organisers of BEGE 2016 have confirmed the exhibition as being Eastern Europe’s largest gaming event with record numbers attending this year’s edition.

 

[dropcap]A[/dropcap]ngel Iribozov, Chairman of the Bulgarian Trade Association of Manufacturers and Operators has described the BEGE Expo (2016) as being Eastern Europe’s largest gaming event boasting more exhibitors and visitors than at any time in its nine year history.

More than 60 companies took exhibition space in Sofia with first time exhibitors comprising Betomall, CPI, Imperia Games, Info-kod., Merkur Gaming, Moniko, KOTWA – The Shuffle King Company, Roulette 73, Spintec, ZUUM, Advartwall, Magica Gaming, Concierge Sofia, eCasino and Easy CSMS.

They joined long time exhibitors including EGT, Casino Technology, Novomatic Gaming Industries, Alfastreet Trade BG, Abbiati, IGT, Royale Stool, Innovative Technology, Alpha Display, Bulgames, Alfastreet, Advansys, Alberici, Abbiati, AlfaStreet Trade BG, APEX, BetConstruct, CGI, JPL, Interblock, NSoft, SUZOHAPP, Alpha Display, E-Service, NYX, SBTech, Proxima 3,  Gold Club, Casino Systems Production, JPL, Avant-X Technology, Fininvest, Future Gaming, Mini Golf and Cards Print.

The annual BEGE Awards were held on the second day of the exhibition with the winners including EGT, Novomatic Gaming Industries, Advansys, Apex Gaming, Casino Technology, BetConstruct, SUZOHAPP, NYX Gaming Group, Interblock, Microgaming, IGT, Innovative Technology and Merkur Gaming.

More than 100 students from leading universities in Bulgaria participated in the special ‘Career Center’ which as organised by BEGE Expo during those two days of the exhibition. They were given information about vacancies in the industry and got acquainted with potential employers.
