BMM Testlabs has announced two new regulatory panels at the fifth Annual Caribbean and Americas Gaming Regulation Forum to be held 20-22 November in Miami Beach.

Kristal Rovira from Gambling Compliance will be sharing perspectives from Colombia’s newly-regulated online gaming sector. The panel will be discussing the new regulations, lessons that can be learned from Colombia and how to reduce regulatory risk.

Tony Clark, a senior Australian gambling regulator and an expert on gambling reform will also present at the event. Clark will be leading a session on the public policy implications of drafting new gaming legislation, having recently worked on Antigua’s new law.

“We are very pleased to be adding such new and important topics to the CAGRF agenda,” Wendy Anderson (pictured), chief of staff, BMM International, said.

“The analysis of such recently created regulations will be invaluable for any jurisdiction looking to create or make changes to their current standards.”

GovRisk Director of International Projects, Kleo Papas added: “The CAGRF agenda includes some of the gaming industry’s most up-to-date and relevant topics presented by industry leaders. GovRisk is very pleased to have selected BMM as our partner on this valuable and informative industry event.”
