The International Association of Gaming Regulators (IAGR) has announced that its 2018 Annual Conference will take place in Copenhagen, Denmark, from 17-20 September 2018.

Speakers and panels of international experts will help delegates explore issues affecting gaming regulators, policy-makers and industry executives in gambling markets around the world. The Conference, which is being held at the centrally-located Hotel Scandic Copenhagen, will provide a forum where delegates can share experiences and keep up-to-date with new developments in emerging gaming markets.
“This will be the eighth annual conference organised by IAGR since it became an independent organisation,” said Dale Fuga, President of IAGR and Chief Operating Officer of the Liquor and Gaming Authority of Manitoba (Canada).
“We are very excited to be returning to Europe and we are sure that Copenhagen will prove to be a very attractive venue.”
Last year’s event, held in Johannesburg, attracted over 250 delegates representing 69 different gambling jurisdictions from every continent.
“The Copenhagen Conference planning team is firming up plans for an exciting program, and we will be releasing details shortly as our speakers and panels are confirmed,” said Fuga, adding: “I encourage all of our regulatory members and those in the gaming industry to attend what will definitely be an educational and informative conference.”
