Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) have announced Patrick Cottingham will be joining the US-based team, as a client service representative.
Cottingham joined GLI in 2015 as a test engineer, and worked closely with GLI’s test automation group – where he helped designed and implement advanced test automation processes.
Senior director of client services at GLI, Patrick Moore, said: “Patrick is a strong addition to our team, especially since he has prior gaming industry experience in information technology, testing and gaming operations.”
Prior to GLI, Cottingham worked as a computer networking specialist at USANG and will now be providing service and consultations to key gaming and lottery suppliers. “GLI is never standing still in its goal,” Moore added, “to provide an unmatched customer experience, and we believe Cottingham will provide the level of service and expertise GLI’s clients expect from the company, with its unmatched customer service.”
