Formed in 2004 as the UK’s first dedicated and totally independent spares, service and after-sales support company serving the amusement and gaming industries, E-Service has been gradually growing its network of satellite centres across Europe.
In April, the company cut the ribbon on its latest regional centre, E-Service Bulgaria, in the country’s capital, Sofia. The new location extends E-Service’s network to a total of seven across mainland Europe, with the Bulgaria facility joining offices in Romania, Poland, Italy, the Netherlands, Hungary and Serbia.
“Bulgaria is an important market which has many respected and well-established production, development and operational businesses across a number of important market sectors” explained group director, Colin Veitch. “We have opened this new office to be closer to these customers, whom we are confident will benefit from the provision of our traditional formula of local service, inventory and support.”
Managing director Bogdan Stinga (pictured) and regional sales manager Iva Todorova will be leading the local efforts and activities of E-Service Bulgaria, working closely with their London-based colleagues, and with the other group offices across Europe.
“We have received some excellent feedback in response to our new venture in Sofia from our clients and contacts here,” Stinga said. “We are looking forward to building a successful new division that will offer real value and local expertise to the gaming, leisure, transportation and retail sectors here in Bulgaria.”
