The EEGS Masterclass which is taking place on 21 November, preceding the Eastern European Gaming Summit, will once again live up to its pledge to deliver a combination of in-depth knowledge and practical experience, enabling industry professionals to enhance their skill set.
[dropcap]W[/dropcap]ith a growing reputation generated following its launch in 2008, it will feature industry experts, gaming professionals, representatives from both land-based and online gaming as well as those from the European Commission all of whom will gather in Sofia to exchange ideas, knowledge and experience.
This years` professional training will be a sequel to ‘Casino Promotions’ with the leading speaker from Totally Gaming Academy – Arjan Korstjens, who led the EEGS Masterclass last year. Korstjens is a regular speaker and trainer specialising in casino marketing, but he also serves as a consultant to businesses throughout Europe. He has previously worked as an independent marketing consultant for Holland Casino, Lottomatica, Sisal, Merkur Casino and Grand Casino Luzernn and specializes in customer journeys, looking at communication from a user perspective.
Korstjens will emphasise the different style of promotions that work for various target groups, calculating the expected return on investment, promoting outside the casino and setting up a promotion plan. Participation is limited to 25 due to the interactive format.
BEGE Expo is regarded as the most important gaming, leisure and entertainment exhibition for the Balkans and Eastern Europe. The exhibiting companies present products and services used in the operation of hotels and casinos, entertainment centers, shopping centers, restaurants and bars as well as solutions from the marketing sector, digital technologies, mobile applications, security/control systems and vending equipment.
