Euro Games Technology (EGT) made a dramatic début on the Colombian market with the large-scale installation of 128 cabinets in over 20 casinos and gaming halls belonging to casino operator Codere.
[dropcap]T[/dropcap]he installations reflected EGT’s stated ambition to achieve a wide presence in Colombia, which the company sees as one of the countries with the highest gambling potential in the Latin American region.
“Our partnership with Codere in the country is the next logical step of the fruitful long-term relationship between the operator and Euro Games Technology globally,” said Silviya Marinova, director of EGT Colombia.
EGT’s slot product range for the region includes popular models, as well as some more recent additions to the company’s portfolio.

“EGT’s products have proved their high performance in our customers’ gaming establishments and wherever our machines were installed they were occupied by the local players most of the time,” Marinova added.

A number of Codere’s gaming establishments are now equipped with the highly successful Classic Premier machines.
Additionally, the best performing P-24/24 Up cabinet and the P-27/27 St Slim with its twin high resolution 27-inch widescreen monitors and modern design, round out the operator’s slot selection.
Marinova states the she is planning further new installations within the next year that will widen EGT’s Colombian portfolio with several jackpot systems and some of the company’s newest models, bringing diversity into the domestic gaming industry.
