The gambling establishment is owned by Brandenburg Casinos, which also operates in Potsdam. EGT’s new installation was carried out by D-Systems – the company’s experienced partner for Germany and Switzerland. It saw the delivery of 12 Stork terminals, connected to two automated roulette wheels.
The machines feature blackjack and video slot games as part of EGT’s Premier Rigel-1 multigame unit. The terminal is a high-end solution of EGT’s multiplayer division, which has gained considerable popularity amongst casino operators due to the fact that it can be used in various configurations. It is also favoured by the gaming audience for its capacity to connect to up to three roulette wheels at a time as well as to a separate bingo machine.
The Joker’s Place management have confirmed that its new arrangement of 12 Stork terminals has quickly become a centre of interest with players.
Also installed at the property were also four upright machines of the well-known Vega Vision+ Series, housing the Multi-2, Multi-5, Multi-6, and Multi-7 multigames. Meanwhile, EGT’s progressive jackpot system, Cat 4 Cash, is another novelty at the gaming establishment in Cottbus. It is presented in seven of its specially designed P-24/32V Up C4C slot cabinets supporting the mixes C4C Multi-1 and C4C Multi-2, each consisting of six games.
Thorsten Schürkötter, general manager of Joker’s Place, said: “It is a pleasure to partner with D-Systems GmbH again. As always, their work was highly professional and carried out in a fast and precise manner. Considering the previous successful installation of EGT cabinets at our casino and the competent technical support which followed, we knew we could always rely on them. Thus, it was easy to opt for the Bulgarian manufacturer’s solutions again. The results so far suggest that we are on the right track and that the full potential of our cooperation is yet to be achieved.”
