Following on from its first key installation in Mexico, Euro Games Technology, has taken a step further into the region with local casino operator, Codere.
Euro Games Technology (EGT) continues to show its commitment to Mexico following its latest installation of 130 slot P-27/27 St Slim model cabinets to the region’s largest casino operator, Codere.
The new installation marks the beginning of a major delivery of 400 machines across a number of different Codere properties in Mexico by the end of 2017.
EGT confirmed the slot cabinet P-27/27 St Slim will be the prevailing model in all subsequent deliveries for its latest EGT platform Exciter III and the Orange and Green Collection multigame mixes.
Another EGT product to be introduced across Codere’s venues will be the recently developed P-42V Curved St cabinet, the Super Premier.
Commenting on the current and forthcoming installations at Codere, Nadia Popova, director of EGT Central America and Mexico, said: “Our first deal [with Codere] was actually concluded in Panama in 2011 and was for our bestselling slot model – the P-24/24 Up cabinet. It soon outperformed many rival products, gaining speed within the local gaming audience. So we extended further our collaboration to Colombia and Mexico – markets of strategical importance to our company.”
According to EGT, Codere’s management has expressed its satisfaction with EGT’s products in their gaming halls in Mexico and that these installations form part of a longterm project to include the company’s products in all their venues across the country.
