Scientific Games Corporation’s SG Gaming displayed its largest ever new product portfolio at the recent ICE Totally Gaming event in London.
The event provided the perfect platform to introduce the industry to the breadth and depth of the new Equinox range for the first time, highlighting how the broad range of terminal options have been developed to meet the requirements of its customers across the LBO, arcade, bingo and casino sectors.
The real showstopper was the Equinox MPS, which was unveiled to customers at the show to an overwhelmingly positive response, securing a significant deal within hours of the show opening. Developed specifically for the arcade and bingo sector, the MPS emphasizes SG Gaming’s position as leaders and innovators within community gaming.
With its 55-inch curved feature screen and stunning 4K graphics, its stand-out appearance on the gaming floor also ensured continued success throughout the next two days.
Also leading the line-up of new hardware were the Equinox 2.4 and 2.7 terminals, which incorporate a number of new design features developed following extensive research into player and customer requirements.
In particular, the new “privacy mode” tool, a unique industry innovation, demonstrated to SG Gaming customers and to the industry that this range of new terminals had been developed to offer a differentiated product, which many customers felt to have successfully addressed a growing need for increased privacy options. In addition, customers embraced the dynamic modular design of the terminal, which offers increased flexibility and can help to reduce costs over the product’s life-cycle.
The event also highlighted the progression of SG Gaming’s UK casino offering through the Riviera® terminal and much anticipated addition of the Jackpot Party® Mystery Progressive – a significant step forward for SG Gaming’s casino offering, which was launched in 2017.
