Following the opening of a Bulgarian office this year, Eurocoin and E-Service exhibited for a second time at BEGE.

[dropcap]A[/dropcap]ttending the event to support local customers, the company is also keeping an ear to the ground in the region’s market as it sees opportunities on the horizon.

Iva Todorova, sales director of E-Service Bulgaria, said: “It’s very important to be local and offer local support around Europe as we are a pan European company. All the manufacturers are here, and we work closely with EGT and Casino Technology to provide hardware from the London office but also to support them locally with our European offices. We believe that we offer a top class product but our biggest asset is in people as we bring local expertise to customers. Over the past year we have almost tripled the number of customers and we have diversified not just in gaming but also into vending, transport and parking.”

Looking ahead to further opportunities in the region, the Eurocoin Group has identified hotspots of potential growth on the Bulgarian border.

Todorova added: “We are focussing on this market, but there’s talk of opening casinos on the Bulgarian-Greek border and on the Turkish border. We believe it’s good to be here when that happens.”
