[dropcap]D[/dropcap]utch ancillary casino product specialist Gaming Support heads to G2E this year with a new range of ergonomic, affordable taming tables, a number of new wireless solutions and some additional multimedia signage options.
These new innovations will share the Gaming Support stand with the company’s established core product line – which include its media and jackpot control systems.
Gaming Support supplies all fourteen casinos operated by Holland Casino – and in the capacity administers to over 6,000 gaming machines and 500 live tables on a daily basis.
“In an age of increasing technological developments, casinos are dealing with more expectations from their visitors and find themselves facing greater challenges to keep the attention of the public,” the company said ahead of the Las Vegas trade show.
When a bank of slot machines on a casino floor are significantly under-performing compared to similar slots, a casino can extend the life of the machines by adding the BonusBoxes.
“With comfort and convenience in mind, Gaming Support has developed an integrated platform that allows you to have control over a large portion of your operational needs.”
By way of example, the company points to its Jackpot Controller product – which allows operators to generate various types of jackpots in order to maximize the attractiveness of their slot floors. “Using Mystery or Progressive Jackpots in a mixed operation, your gaming machine can be assigned up to 16 jackpots but only requires a single slot interface board,” the company said. “Standard features available in this controller are: Multi Game & Multi Denom, scheduling maximum number of hits, and scheduling of start and end times.
Meanwhile, Gaming Support’s Media Systems give operators the opportunity to manage their content on the slot room floor, with high-impact multimedia broadcasts.
Finally, the company plans to demonstrate its BonusBox EGM product – which has a proven record of generating a 35 per cent average increase of coin-drop.
Elaborating, Gaming Support Americas CEO Dom Baugh stated: “When a bank of slot machines on a casino floor are significantly under-performing compared to similar slots, a casino can extend the life of the machines by adding the BonusBoxes.”
