GPI, leading manufacturer of casino currency and table game supplies will introduce its latest innovations for 2017 in London.

Las Vegas-based Gaming Partners International (GPI) is looking forward to starting off the new year with a return to ICE at the London’s ExCel Centre this February.

The company is set to show its suite of table game products including casino currency, playing cards, layouts and RFID solutions, along with a full collection of table game offerings.

With the most extensive gaming currency offerings available in the industry, GPI’s product portfolio includes  chips, plaques and jetons.

The firm’s B&G V-Series line of molded chips is already turning heads and was developed using a new, innovative, and highly durable injection material formula.

The V-Series is unique, providing advanced design flexibility with edge spot pattern and decal configurations.

Available with an unparalleled level of security features, customers who order the V-Series with four or more colour shots, will also receive an infra-red security feature exclusive to GPI.

With the large amount of handling of casino currency by dealers and players alike, the range features ChipShield, an anti-fungal, that helps keep gaming chips cleaner for longer, maintaining a more sanitary chip surface.

GPI’s gaming currency offers one of the broadest range of currency security features on the market, including  3-in-1 UV, a security taggant that remains invisible under standard UV wavelengths but is revealed using a special device.

Able to be added to plastic injection-molded chip materials, it makes it easy to validate chips when placed in stacks or racks.

SecuriFilm, which is compatible with RFID, is used on a chip’s decal and features a semi-transparent hologram-like effect.

The decal security film can be easily authenticated at the table and includes an additional covert security feature enabling a higher level of validation.

Also displayed on GPI’s tables will be the firm’s full graphic EGC layouts. These synthetic layouts offer sharp, full colour graphics that can duplicate almost any photo or design with precision.

Ideal for all game types, EGC layouts provide an exceptional playing surface and are a durable and economical choice that provides design flexibility.

At ICE, customers can see firsthand the company’s Gemaco brand line of playing cards which includes both paper and plastic card types, available in a variety of stocks and finishes.

GPIwill also take the opportunity to  demonstrate its exclusive SMART RFID offerings.

SMART offers the latest advancement is casino currency RFID technology and when combined with GPI’s Chip Inventory System (CIS) software, delivers a complete currency tracking and authentication solution.

Available on all GPI currency brands, the company offers all the necessary components for SMART RFID currency, including antennas and readers.
