JCM Global has appointed Jade Entertainment and Gaming Technologies Inc. as its customer service and product support provider in the Philippines.
Jade will provide local support and service for JCM products throughout the Philippines, meaning JCM customers can now contact Jade for service and repair locally. Jade will also provide onsite service as required and implement a preventative maintenance program cycle with customers.
JCM General Manager of Asia-Pacific Ian Payne said: “JCM Global is known universally for world-class service that seamlessly accompanies our industry-leading products. We are very pleased to announce this new service and support agreement with Jade Entertainment and Gaming Technologies Inc., and to bring our customers throughout the Philippines even easier access to our top-line support.”
Jade will support JCM’s iVIZION® and UBA® bill validators, its line of FutureLogic printers, and JCM’s ICB® Intelligent Cash Box system. Additionally, Jade will represent and assist JCM in bidding on new casino contracts in the region and be a distributor of JCM products as required.
