Joseph Eve CPAs has signed an agreement with MHA Nation to provide its cloud financial management software, Intacct.
[dropcap]T[/dropcap]he firm will install the Intacct solution at Three Affiliated Tribes (MHA Nation) enterprises in North Dakota.
Firm founder and managing partner Joseph Eve said: “Many Tribal organizations and the entities they own use accounting software that was created in the pre-internet era. The Intacct solution was specifically created to today’s business environment and needs, and as such, it streamlines processes, increases efficiencies and eliminates wasteful spending.”
Three Affiliated Tribes’ will use the cloud-based Intacct system, which includes accounting, cash management, purchasing, human resource management, payroll management, vendor management, financial consolidation, revenue recognition, project accounting, fund accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting applications.
Additionally, Joseph Eve will conduct an external audit for the Tribes’ 4 Bears Casino & Lodge. The firm will also help Three Affiliated Tribes with its Finance Transformation process that will create a heat map on processes across all accounting-related functions, including payroll, HR, purchasing, AP/AR, general ledger, and purchase order management. The process will increase efficiencies, eliminate waste, and modernize procedures.
