Four Winds Casinos has selected Nanoptix’ Paycheck NextGen printer as the default printer for its newest casino located in South Bend, Indiana, set to open in 2018.

After a “thorough and rigorous evaluation”, the Four Winds Casinos team determined that the Paycheck NextGen printer offered the highest level of performance, reliability and future proof connectivity.

The printer demonstrated the fastest TITO ticket processing and print speeds when trialled against its competitors, while also offering the best print-head life.

“The Paycheck NextGen line of printers is the selected ticket printing solution for Four Winds South Bend,” stated Rodney Villhard, VP of slot operations for Four Winds Casinos. “The printer has ideal operational benefits and is very efficient. The speed of the printer is a feature important to enhancing our guest’s experience and expectations.”

Nanoptix affirms that the strong reliability of the Paycheck line of printers is the result of the firm’s commitment to designing its entire line of printers to the rigorous demands of the casino industry.

“We believe that this printer will allow manufacturers to move forward with industry-leading technologies while providing operators the benefits of eliminating half tickets or misprints, ticket jams, wasted paper, lost electronics due to spills, as well as providing a hardware platform ready for the next decade of innovation,” stated Daniel Vienneau, president and CEO of Nanoptix.

Owned by the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians with three casinos located in Michigan, Four Winds Casinos is now expanding to a fourth location with 1,800 slot machines in South Bend, Indiana.
