A new collaboration between Playtech and Captain Up will allow more detailed analysis using cutting-edge technologies.
Playtech has partnered with the real-time engagement and retention platform provider, Captain Up, to help analyse, incentivise and further reward their players.
The new collaboration will see Captain Up integrate its cutting-edge engagement platform into the Playtech offering using game mechanics, machine learning and behavioral economics.
Captain Up will become a Playtech Certified Partner with its platform integrated within Playtech’s IMS player management system, allowing Playtech licensees to create further loyalty through the use of gamification, in game communication, social and analysis tools.

The Captain Up platform employs social gaming mechanics – including challenges, tournaments, community feeds, badges, levels, leaderboards, in-app messaging – to increase player engagement and lifetime value. Captain Up claims it has carried out successful partnerships in the past with positive results such as increasing revenues, real-time communication, social interaction and enhancing player loyalty and engagement.
