The VIP room at London’s premier casino, The Ritz Club, has received its third Room of the Year award at the 10th annual IGA’s.
The Ritz Club has scored an award hat-trick by claiming VIP Room of the Year for the third time at this year’s International Gaming Awards.
Lesley Samuels, General Manager of Gaming and Nick Ostler, Customer Relations Manager of The Ritz Club accepted the award at the IGA event held in London recently.
The Ritz claims that although the Club has a long tradition of winning awards, it is always such a privilege to come first, especially when up against such stiff competition from around the world.
This year’s judging panel crowned The Ritz Club following an intensive evaluation process that considered outstanding customer service, quality of design, exceptional features and best use of technology to determine the eventual winner.
