Merkur Gaming Americas appoints Alejandro Saraintaris as General Manager to foster LatAm expansion.
[dropcap]M[/dropcap]erkur Gaming Americas has taken another major step forward in fulfilling its intention of further expansion throughout Latin America with the incorporation of Merkur Gaming Argentina, S.A. and the appointment of Alejandro Saraintaris as the company’s General Manager.
A proven gaming industry veteran, Saraintaris has over 16 years of experience in Argentinean gaming having worked extensively in both sales and management roles during that period. A graduate in industrial engineering from the Universidad Argentina de la Impresa, he has a strong technical background combined with a wealth of commercial acumen.
He said: “The opportunity that I have been given in bringing Merkur Gaming Argentina to become a key player in the market fills me with enthusiasm and excitement. The reputation of the Merkur brand across Latin America is exceptionally strong and it is my clear intention to now make Merkur Gaming Argentina a key player in this important market. With the right team in place and with the full support of the Gauselmann Group and the huge resources that they possess, I am totally confident of success.”

Alejandro Saraintaris will take advantage of the upcoming SAGSE exhibition in Buenos Aires (November 15th – 17th) to meet with customers and business partners and to continue the process of building the Merkur Gaming Argentina team that will be in place by the end of 2016.
