Spintec demonstrates its commitment to quality at ICE 2018

Speaking at ICE 2018, Spintec’s Marketing Manager, Jasmina Stušek, reiterates the company’s commitment to achieving longer playing sessions through increasing player comfort and working with customers to provide custom solutions via its modular, scalable ETG systems.

 

International Casino Review: Which solutions are you highlighting for this year’s ICE?

Jasmina Stušek: We’re highlighting several updates to our Aura multigame solution at the show, including new LED technology, which enhances the visibility of the product.

The topper really evokes that classic casino feel, while helping players to identify Aura on the casino floor.

A key benefit for operators is that they can display advertising or news on the sign, whatever they want to communicate to the players.

It really helps to create a distinct space in the casino.

We’ve also made some enhancements to our compact gaming solution, Karma, including incorporating LED lighting, and some other new features to help ensure that it is even more user friendly.

Despite the changes, it’s important to point out that we remain as committed as ever to quality, all our gaming machines utilise a wide selection of luxurious wood, leather and metal finishes.

ICR: What do you offer in terms of game content?

JS: We offer four core games across both product lines – Roulette, Sic Bo, Craps and Baccarat.

We’ve been careful to avoid rushing into having too many games, as that comes at the expense of quality.

Our focus is to ensure we maintain the high standard that is synonymous with the Spintec brand, emphasising stability, performance, and comfort, in addition to ensuring that our products are as user-friendly as possible.

That said, we are currently working on a new project, I can’t say too much about it at the moment but that could be something we’ll present at next year’s ICE.

ICR: What are some of the key strengths of the Spintec brand?

JS: We work very closely with our clients to ensure that our solutions meet their requirements. Our products utilise a flexible, modular design and that allows us to tailor them to fulfil our clients’ needs without any additional costs.

For example, with the Karma range, if you want to enlarge your gaming space, it’s easy to install additional gaming units, or in the opposite case, you can extract them, without unnecessary costs.

Basically, everything we offer is customisable, from the colours of the leather and types of wood we use, to the way we do the set-ups.

With our Aura amphitheatre solution, we can change the set-up to adapt to a property and the casino floorspace available.

Additionally, our designers have done a lot of research when developing our products to ensure they are as ergonomic as possible. Players look for a good amount of legroom, a charger for their phone, along with a place for their drinks and personal belongings, and they want to make sure that they have a good view of the game.

Reflecting Spintec’s commitment to achieving longer play sessions through increasing player comfort, these are all factors we’ve addressed in our solutions.

ICR: You also offer a stand-alone multigame wall, could you tell us more about this?

JS: We offer a number of different options – we have the stand-alone wall which you can put anywhere, independently of the back-wall which is usually required, so you can have it in the middle of a space if you want.

In addition to this, we can work with operators to design screens and we can install as many as they need to support a game.

ICR: How has ICE 2018 been for you?

JS: It’s been really busy and we’ve had a lot of positive feedback from visitors. We’ve seen many new and return customers from Asia, South America and Europe as well as other parts of the globe. I have to say, the customers especially loved Aura, they can really picture it in their casinos.

On the other side we have already received many orders for Karma GEN II, moreover the first installations will be set up after the show.
