It was a packed G2E for Suzohapp, with the company highlighting its E-PRL line of electronic programmable locks, Dynamic Panel Systems, and edge-lit LCD monitors, while the firm has also recently launched a new website dedicated to its components business.

With over 50,000 gaming, amusement, sports betting, lottery and bingo products for casino operators and gaming OEMs, Suzohapp presented its latest products and solutions at G2E Las Vegas in October.

Visitors to the company’s stand were introduced to its latest products, new leadership and all new website. Drawing special attention this year were products such as the EPRL line of electronic programmable locks which utilise Bluetooth technology to enable operators to have online control of all locks from a remote location, even from a smartphone or tablet.

Also popular were the Dynamic Panel Systems (DPS) that deliver the latest innovations in player interfaces, offering all the adaptability of touch screens while maintaining the satisfying feel of mechanical pushbuttons that keeps users engaged.

Meanwhile, Suzohapp’s robust portfolio of LCD monitors, especially the edge-lit models, also turned heads at the show. “The best part of the show for me was watching our customers realise what a wide range of products we really have,” said Mike Sigona, Suzohapp’s business development and global gaming product manager.

“We truly offer everything a Gaming OEM or casino operator could want or need which significantly simplifies their sourcing. Plus, everyone loved the new ‘floating’ button on the DPS LCD button decks – they all wanted to know how our engineers made that happen.”

Since last year’s G2E, Suzohapp has reorganised and expanded its Gaming and Amusement team. Two new members of the leadership team greeted customers at G2E – Sim Bielak, president of Global Gaming and Amusement, as well as Todd Sims, Suzohapp’s new VP of Gaming and Amusement for North and South America.

Both Bielak and Sims bring with them significant industry experience and understand the needs of OEMs and operators well. “The energy at our booth this year was fantastic,” said Bielak. “Our Gaming customers value innovation to drive growth and simplicity and efficiency to keep operating costs low.

We delivered on both dimensions at G2E, first with our new products and then with the launch of our new Components website.” Dedicated solely to its Components business, Suzohapp’s new website is information rich, easily searchable and well organised.

Designed to connect Gaming OEMs to the resources they need quickly, it includes everything from product descriptions and specifications, to brochures and diagrams. Users can find what they need when they need it and then easily connect with support and sales staff for ordering assistance or additional questions.
