The organisers of this year’s GiGse conference have confirmed a total of 52 thought leaders from across the industry for the upcoming event in April


April’s GiGse, the first to be held at the Marriott Marquis Marina, San Diego (26th – 28th April), will feature a total of 52 thought leaders who will deliver 40 hours of insight over two streams – Activate 2017 and Activate 2027.

Confirmed speakers include, John Kenefick, Vice President Chief Information Officer, Penchanga Resort and Casino and Foxwood’s Director Online Gambling, Seth Young, who will be leading the discussion ‘Nurturing our technology in Indian Country; Seth Schorr, CEO, Fifth Street Gaming, who will be part of a panel exploring gaming’s relationship with eSports and Felix Rappaport, President and CEO, Foxwoods Resort Casino, whose Keynote presentation is entitled, Keeping your foothold in the future entertainment sector.

Clarion’s Sadie Walters, who has curated the agenda, believes the calibre of confirmed speakers who will be providing their insight at GiGse is illustrative of the challenges and opportunities that exist for North American facing gaming brands. The Activate 2017 track provides attendees with insight on how to monetize digital features, profile and target the current consumer base, acquire land-based consumers and implement a successful social casino strategy. Activate 2027, provides delegates with guidance on how to navigate the next decade of gaming in the USA, drawing on evolutionary gaming concepts, outside industry input and regulatory debates at the highest level.
