
The leading software and printing solutions provider, TransAct Technologies, will be displaying its full product suite alongside Canadian partner, Bet Rite, at this year’s Canadian Gaming Summit in Vancouver.
TransAct Technologies Incorporated has confirmed it will demonstrate its state-of-the-art Epic Edge™ Casino Ticket Printer at the 2017 Canadian Gaming Summit, to be held June 19-21, 2017 in Vancouver, British Columbia. Appearing in conjunction with its Canadian distribution partner Bet Rite (Booth #200), TransAct will showcase its full lineup of Epic® casino and gaming ticket printers, led by the new Epic Edge™, and the latest v3.8 and Epicentral System Edition (“Epicentral SE”) versions of Epicentral®.
Building on the proven performance of TransAct’s industry-leading Epic 950, the Epic Edge is the first ticket-in/ticket out (“TITO”) printer to offer 300 dpi print resolution, representing a 50% improvement over current printers.
The Epic Edge also features an adjustable ticket bucket that allows operators to use smaller tickets to save money and reduce paper usage and other key features include:
Single outer chassis with Serial, USB and Netplex ports to allow the printer to work with any machine type
Hot swap capability to eliminate game downtime

In addition, TransAct will demonstrate an array of its award-winning Epic printing systems for gaming devices, self-service kiosks and lottery applications at the 2017 Canadian Gaming Summit (Booth #200).
