Crane Payment Innovations (CPI) has signed a long-term preferred partnership agreement to supply its SC Advance acceptor to WINWIN across Austria.
CPI, a Crane Co. Company, has confirmed strong performance for its SC Advance note acceptor following the signing of a new deal with WINWIN in which the company will specify the product in all its video lottery terminals (VLTs) across Austria.
The deal strengthens an already strong partnership that dates back to 2011, when WINWIN began specifying the legacy CASHFLOW SC note acceptor from CPI.
WINWIN, the VLT operator of Casinos Austria and the Austrian Lottery (Österreichische Lotterien), currently operates 16 VLT outlets across four Austrian states (Lower Austria, Upper Austria, Salzburg and Tirol).
The company has created a new gaming concept in the country by prioritizing the player experience providing a relaxed atmosphere, with integrated cafés and bars, and leading technology across the sites.
Management at WINWIN explained that player satisfaction has risen even further since changing to SC Advance, which they said provides “a perfect and seamless interface between the player and VLT itself. It accepts everything it should – on the first time – with zero acceptance of any frauds. And the machines seem to run forever.”
WINWIN management, continued: “SC Advance has proved itself so well, that we are now working to upgrade our entire field base.
“The cost savings are really going to add up, too, because we’ll soon only have one product to maintain, train our people on and stock inventory for. We are very pleased that SC Advance will be our standard note acceptor from now on.”
