The new concept allows operators to build exclusive bespoke slots through Yggdrasil White Label Studios reflecting their customer base, brand and strategy.
[dropcap]M[/dropcap]alta-based Yggdrasil Gaming has announced the launch of Yggdrasil White Label Studios, a new concept that will allow operators to leverage the provider’s development experience to create bespoke slots content.
Operators using the new studio will be assigned a dedicated team that will produce fully customised, permanently exclusive content based upon Yggdrasil’s technology platform and promotional tools.
“Yggdrasil White Label Studios allows us to make a strategic commitment with operators where we both focus on what we know best,” said Fredrik Elmqvist, Yggdrasil’s CEO.
“Exclusive and customised content is a key differentiator for operators, and it is far more cost-efficient for operators to work in partnership with Yggdrasil to develop this type of content [since] an operator knows its customer base, brand and strategy better than anyone else.”
Clients will require minimal technical competence in games design since White Label Studios will handle the construction of the game client, provision of the remote game servers, performance testing, certification and translation. Operators will also receive access to all current and future promotional tools, including BOOST which includes a number of features designed to boost engagement and retention, including leaderboard and raffle engines; and BRAG.
“White-label solutions have proved extremely popular in this industry when it comes to platform provision, but this is the first time anyone has offered white-label game design. It is going to revolutionise the way slots are developed,” added Elmqvist.
Unburdened by legacy frameworks, White Label Studios could make it possible for a provider to port an operator’s legacy games onto Yggdrasil’s iSENSE 2.0 platform, bringing the games all the benefits and promotional support of native Yggdrasil titles.
As a strategic commitment from Yggdrasil and operator partners, White Label Studios will be rolled out according to studio capacity, with capacity for up to three partners by Q2 2017 and further capacity will be added during H2 2017.
